Terms of Use & Privacy.

1. Who we are

This website (www.axion.global) is operated by Axion Global Ltd. (“Axion”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under number 15767304, with its registered office at 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF. Axion Global Ltd. is the data controller for the personal data described in section 6.

We do not publish an email address. You can reach us using the contact form on the main page, which is the route for everything — enquiries, unsubscribe requests and data protection requests alike.

2. Use of this site

This site exists to tell you, quietly, that we exist. You are welcome to browse it, enjoy the film, read the writing, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, probe it, scrape it at volume, or use it in any way that is unlawful.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, the Axion Global name and logos, imagery, film sequences and code — is owned by or licensed to Axion. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission, except for brief quotation with attribution.

4. No advice, no warranties

Content on this site, including the Ruminations blog, is provided for general interest only. It is not professional, financial, or technical advice. The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Privacy

We collect as little as possible, and only what you type in yourself. There are just two ways to give us anything:

Two suppliers process this data on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions only:

We keep contact form correspondence only for as long as it is useful to have answered it, and subscriber addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Two further things worth stating plainly:

You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to our use of it. To exercise any of those rights, write to us using the contact form and it will be done. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

7. External links

Where this site links elsewhere, those destinations are not ours and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above tells you when we last did. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
